Birthday Party Policies:
Cancellation Policy:
A $75 deposit is required upon booking your event. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If for any reason you need to reschedule the party, there is a $50 non-refundable rescheduling fee. The original $75 deposit will be applied towards re-booking another party package only. Party deposits are not valid to be used as a credit towards merchandise or salon service.
If a party is cancelled 14 days or less prior to the event, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the party package will apply.
Discount Policy:
There are no discounts or refunds on party packages. Several factors are considered for the price of a party. For example, 2 hour room rental, Party Coordinator labor, cupcakes, juice pouches, bottled waters, party favors, group photos, make up, hair products, nail polish, decorations including balloons and helium, birthday girl sash, and tiara, and paper goods. We understand that not all guests will attend every event; however this is a variable that is out of our control and will not be considered for a discount based on the reasons noted above.
Payment:
$75 deposits are due at time of booking. The balance is due the day of the event. We require payment in full of balance owed prior to the end of your event. Any add on’s, or extra child fees will be added to the balance owed.
**Party Room Capacity**:
The birthday party room is a private room dedicated for parties only and has a limited capacity of 15-20 people (including all children attending and 3 staff members). We understand that parents of guests as well as family and friends of the birthday child would like to attend the party, so please keep this in mind and let your guests know that space is limited when booking your event.
Extra Fees:
Each party package includes 12 cupcakes, 10 juice pouches 10 bottled waters, one party favor bag and group photo per guest for the standard package of 10 guests. A La Carte items such as extra cupcakes, juice pouches, bottled waters, party favor bags or group photos may be added on to your package for a small charge as noted below*:
Cupcakes - $2 each
Juice Pouches - $2 each
Bottled Waters - $2 each
Party Favor Bag - $7.00
Group Photo - $7.00
*Please note that an extra charge for these items will NOT be assessed if extra children are added on to the party package. These items will be included in the “extra child fee” of $20 per additional child over the 10 included in the package.
If a digital invitation is requested to be e-mailed to the customer, there will be a flat fee of $5.00.
If printed invitations are requested to be mailed to the customer, there will be a fee of $10 to cover postage and handling.
Substitution of Party Makeover Services or Party Favors:
From time to time we understand specific services such as hair do’s, or makeup application are requested not to be performed and may be substituted for another service of equal or lesser value. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please call ahead of your event and speak to a member of our staff so that we can accommodate you!.
We reserve the right to substitute party favors for equivalent items similar in nature and value.

Grab your glow gear, turn on the black light and crank up the music! Our Glam Squad will get you glow ready with our glow in the dark hair gel, glow in the dark tribal body paint, and glow in the dark nail polish! Get creative with a Decorate your own 5x7 Glow in the Dark Canvas Art. Then we'll turn off the lights and play a game of glow freeze dance followed by freestyle dancing! Close the house down with singing on our karaoke machine!
