Aaaarrg matey! Join us for a royal swashbuckling adventure at this co-ed Pirates & Princesses party!
Upon arrival, guests will choose a princess gown or pirate costume to dress – up in. Then the Princesses will get the royal treatment with a makeover, including a braid with fairy dust and hairshot, makeup application and glitter tattoo, while our rogue Pirates will get in character with a skull and bones glitter tattoo and pirate beard face painting.
Once everyone receives their makeover, play ‘Walk the Plank’! All guests will have to walk down the “plank” forward and backwards WITHOUT turning around or stepping off of the plank! Try not to fall in the ocean…there’s a kraken lurking in the waters!
Next, everyone will decorate their very own Pirate swords and Princess crowns! Then, split up into groups for Pirate and Princess lessons! The Princesses will learn to walk, bow and greet their royal subjects, just like a real Princess, and the Pirates will get a swashbuckling lesson to learn how to fight with their swords like a true Pirate!

Birthday Party Policies:
A $75 deposit is required upon booking your event. All deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason you need to cancel the party, the deposit will be kept as credit for up to one year. A $50 fee will apply if party is rescheduled or canceled the day of, or the day before the scheduled party, or if the party is rescheduled more than two times.
There are no discounts on party packages. Several factors are considered for the price of a party. For example, 2 hour room rental, Party Coordinator labor, cupcakes, juice pouches, bottled waters, party favors, group photos, make up, hair products, nail polish, decorations including balloons and helium, birthday girl sash, and tiara, and paper goods. We understand that not all guests will attend every event; however this is a variable that is out of our control and will not be considered for a discount based on the reasons noted above.
$75 deposits are due at time of booking. The balance is due the day of the event. We require payment in full of balance owed prior to the end of your event. Any add on’s, or extra child fees will be added to the balance owed.
Party Room Capacity:
The birthday party room is a private room dedicated for parties only and has a maximum capacity of 20 people. We understand that parents of guests as well as family and friends of the birthday party host would like to attend the party, so please keep this in mind when booking your event.
Each party package includes 12 cupcakes, 10 juice pouches 10 bottled waters, one party favor bag and group photo per guest for the standard package of 10 guests. A La Carte items such as extra cupcakes, juice pouches, bottled waters, party favor bags or group photos may be added on to your package for a small charge as noted below*:
Cupcakes - $1.50 each
Juice Pouches - $1.00 each
Bottled Waters - $1.25 each
Party Favor Bag - $6.50
Group Photo - $5.00
*Please note that an extra charge for these items will NOT be assessed if extra children are added on to the party package. These items will be included in the “extra child fee” of $20 per additional child over the 10 included in the package.
If invitations are requested to be mailed to Birthday Party Host in lieu of being picked up at our location, there will be a postage charge of $5.00.
Substitution of Party Makeover Services:
From time to time we understand specific services such as hair do’s, or makeup application are requested not to be performed and may be substituted for another service of equal or lesser value. If you have any specific requests or concerns, please call ahead of your event and speak to a member of our staff so that we can accommodate you!.
